In my recent project with an innovative energy company, I worked in a small team in revamping their customer account design, driven by a commitment to enhancing the user experience and addressing key usability challenges. The redesign was sparked by a desire to simplify and streamline user interactions, especially given the evolving landscape of digital energy management. Recognising the increasing prevalence of mobile usage, I ensured a responsive design that caters to users across various devices. Through this project, my focus was not only on immediate improvements but also on laying the groundwork for a future-proof customer account experience that embraces innovation and technological advancements in the energy sector.
